Andy Barry: Chairman
Over the years, Andy has held a number of senior roles in the finance sector in the United States and Ireland. His experience spans investment administration, client services and human resources. As director and associate partner with INVESCO Asset Management, a subsidiary of AMVESCAP (FTSE 100), Andy was a frequent client of OMT. In partnership with Mark Doyle, Andy purchased OMT in late 2004 and now enjoys bringing his experience to project management roles across the UK and Ireland.

Mark Doyle: (B.A. Business & Financial Economics) Chief Executive
Mark became joint owner of OMT in 2004. As Chief Executive, he is responsible for the day to day management of the business and for the smooth delivery of our high performance programmes. Before OMT, Mark held a number of senior management positions across the finance sector, specialising in operations management, business transformation, project management, new product development and treasury management.

Carol O’Reilly: (BSc. Marketing) Business Development Director
Bringing 6 years’ experience in sales, marketing and executive administration with a major international cosmetics company based in the United States, Carol joined OMT in 1993. Over the years, Carol’s role has focused on business development and key account management. Carol’s strong client focus ensures learning is translated into best practice solutions and shared across all our clients.

Richard McCarthy: (BEng. Electronics, BA. Business Studies) Director of Consultancy Services
Richard joined OMT in 1998 following a 14 year international career in project management, training, financial control and various management development roles in engineering. Richard’s extensive work across Europe and Africa has helped him understand the potential impact of organisational culture, and change on managers’ ability to deliver successful results.

Eddie O’Connell:(MSc. Teaching English) Senior Consultant
Eddie joined OMT in 2007 and having worked in London, Munich and Japan, brings great diversity to the team. Having spent fifteen years in Japan, Eddie worked in management training and leadership development with large corporations such as Toyota Motors, Mitsubishi Motors, Yamaha Motors, NTT Docomo and many more. In addition, he successfully managed his own business carrying out web-media projects for Japanese and international clients and has lectured in scientific English and presentation of media arts at two Japanese Universities.

Mary Lynch: (BA.Science, Grad. Dip. in Management & Diploma in Life Coaching) Senior Consultant
With over 10 years’ experience in learning and development, Mary has been a consultant with OMT since 2000. Working with senior and middle managers across both private and public sectors, she has successfully delivered a broad range of organisational development activities including cultural change programmes, performance management systems, train the trainer, coaching programmes and extensive management development programmes.

With over 20 years’ experience of learning and development both in Ireland and the United States; Jim joined OMT in 2000. His strengths lie in his in-depth human insight, his drive and the high energy he brings to all projects. Jim specialises in performance management, management development, employee engagement and personal effectiveness.
Tara Burke: (BA. Human Resource Management) Business Development Executive
Working with OMT since 2006; Tara brings 9 years’ experience of working in customer services and relationship management for multinationals in the UK and Ireland. Tara has a real passion for organisational development and enjoys tailoring solutions to fit the specific needs of each individual client. Understanding the importance of measurable results; Tara incorporates robust evaluation instruments into all our client projects.
Noelle McNamara: Client Executive
Noelle joined OMT in 2005 having held a number of customer service and administration roles for the previous 6 years. With OMT she is responsible for the day-to-day Account Management of a portfolio of clients as well as holding responsibility for the IT function of the business.

Catherina Hogan: Client Executive
Catherina joined OMT in 2006. Her previous roles were in multi-national companies in the areas of customer administration and finance. With OMT she is responsible for the day-to-day account management of a portfolio of clients as well as the day-to-day financial administration of the business.

Paula Clarke: ( Higher Dip in Business Studies, Diploma in Training and Development) Associate Consultant
A member of our team since 2005, Paula’s established background in business management strongly positions her to partner clients in the travel, media, retail, food, & health sectors. Paula’s strength lies in developing, empowering and enabling managers and their teams to deliver on challenging business targets. With her energetic, focused approach and an obvious passion for what she does, Paula is an influential and inspiring facilitator of management development initiatives, team building and customer focus interventions.
Georgina Corscadden: (BSc. Psychology) Associate Consultant
Georgina joined OMT in 2010 as a consultant and executive Coach. With over 25 years’ experience across the retail and corporate sector, she has been pioneering the role of coaching in management development across multiple business sectors including: pharmaceuticals, commercial, financial, manufacturing and public sectors. Georgina believes that by tightly aligning coaching with training and development solutions, the overall value to the client is significantly enhanced.
Sylvia Caldwell: (Dip in Adult & Community Education, Diploma in Life and Business Coaching) Associate Consultant

Having joined OMT in 2011, Sylvia brings 15 years’ experience in education and training to the team along with a high level of insight to needs analysis, programme design and evaluation. With excellent communication and interpersonal skills Sylvia quickly gains trust and builds client rapport. Sylvia enjoys the learning partnership and is committed to her own development as a facilitator and trainer.
Paula Collins: (BA. English and Geography) Associate Consultant
With over 15 years’ experience in Ireland and the UK, Paula has held various management roles in training, learning and development. Paula joined OMT as a consultant in 2010. Working with senior and middle management, she has successfully designed and delivered a broad range of organisational development initiatives in the area of performance management, coaching and development, team development activities and extensive management development programmes.
Mike Hensey: (MSc. in Management and Organisational Behaviour) Associate Consultant
Mike has over 30 years’ international experience in organisational development, facilitation, coaching, change management and strategy development. His particular strengths focus around organisational behaviour, communications management, complex problem resolution, organisational reviews, balanced scorecard development, budgeting and prioritisation of investment and mergers & acquisitions strategy.

A skilled business executive with a proven record in both domestic and international markets, David brings extensive consulting, leadership, and sales experience to OMT. Norma-Shorey Bryan: (Ms.c Social Development) Associate Consultant
For over 30 years, Norma has worked with public and private sector agencies, bringing a dynamic, interactive approach to her consulting activities. She has a passion for helping people develop a positive outlook on their lives, work and relationships. Norma is particularly interested in change management; developing programmes and initiatives to improve organisational effectiveness gives her great satisfaction.
Juan Carlos González Argudín: Associate Consultant

Based in Mexico and fluent in English, Spanish and Portuguese, Juan Carlos is OMT’s senior consultant and representative for Latin America. Having worked across Latin America, United States, the Caribbean and Europe, he brings over 20 years’ experience in management training and organisational development. Juan Carlos’ particular expertise lies in executive coaching, leadership development, sales training and group facilitation in the finance and banking services, consumer products, manufacturing, pharmaceutical and service sectors.
Marcelo Assumpcao: (MBA. Business Administration and BA. in Retail Management) Associate Consultant

Marcelo brings 22 years of experience working with and developing organisations to improve performance. Marcelo specialises in business planning, leadership development and strategic visioning. His dynamic approach ensures he balances best practice, industry experience and business models to deliver lasting results.

Pam Corrigan: (MA. Human Resource Management) Associate Consultant
Working in the UK and across the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) member countries; Pam brings over 15 years’ service industry experience to OMT. Pam has held various management roles in training, learning and development and human resources. She is experienced in the design, development and delivery of competency based programmes, behavioural skills, management skills, HR skills and customer care programmes. Pam coaches individual executives and senior management teams to support and mentor employees in the workplace.
Alexander Brazhnik: (MA. Marketing) Associate Consultant
Having worked with international companies in Russia and the UK, Alexander brings over 10 years’ experience in training and development. Focusing on sales, leadership development and management skills, Alexander’s expertise lies in customising training solutions which drive sales and operational effectiveness across multinational environments. Grounded in the latest theories and models from the field of organisational development; his solutions are practical and results focused.
Aaron Gordon: (Bachelor of Fine Arts & Art History) Associate Consultant
Joining our team in 2011, Aaron brings over 15 years’ training and consultancy experience to OMT. Having worked with some of the largest multinational organisations across Europe; Aaron pioneered the use of drama in corporate development. David Benford: (MA. Management Studies, Postgraduate Diploma in Management Studies) Associate Consultant
With over 10 years’ experience in the retail and training sector, David is a valued member of the OMT team. David brings a wealth of experience across retail operations, customer focus and executive coaching, allowing him to fully engage with his clients on key strategic issues. His superb people development and training capabilities allow him unlock individual and team potential to achieve visible results. Specialising in optimising people performance and coaching, David brings great human insight, drive and energy to all his workshops.
Danijela Nedic: (Bachelor of Law) Associate Consultant
With over 10 years’ experience as a trainer, consultant and coach in the fields of business communications, sales and management; Danijela has been a training consultant with OMT since August 2011. Working with top and middle managers across private, public and non-profit sectors, she has designed and implemented training initiatives for more than 4000 participants. Danijela’s comprehensive expertise is diverse and includes; business communication, sales communication, presentation skills & public appearance, rhetoric, management skills and self-management skills.
Asia
Fionna Lee: (BA. Real Estate) Associate Consultant

Fionna Lee is one of OMT’s consultant and representative in Shanghai. She is passionate about providing a branded customer experience every time. Her cabin crew experience with Singapore Airlines strengthens her belief that individuals can be trained to provide professional and excellent customer service. Fionna’s strength lies in her ability to inspire motivate and groom service representatives, to consistently maximise sales and deliver a first class customer experience, in the retail sector.
Nick Kelly: Associate Consultant
Having worked in human resource and vocational training for over 5 years; Nick has been providing consultancy for OMT’s Cambodian clients since 2011. He has worked with a large range of international and national organisations, in both the public and private sectors, to facilitate high-end training and development projects.
