Effective Development Courses, the default people development solution, can be a great stimulator and source of knowledge, but they are not the most effective people development tools. As we grow we learn the most from the people we work alongside day to day. So wouldn’t it make sense to leverage this internal, and relatively inexpensive, resource into a more powerful and effective development tool than “courses”, especially if it is formally structured and recognised?
