With over 10 years experience in Learning and Development, Mary has been a Consultant with OMT Group since 2000. Working with Senior and Middle Managers across both Private and Public Sectors, she has successfully delivered a broad range of Organisational Development Activities including Cultural Change Programmes, Performance Management Systems, Train the Trainer, Coaching Programmes and extensive Management Development Programmes.
I love facilitating learning for People. It is very satisfying being a part of People gaining insight into themselves and their behaviour and making changes which benefit them and their Businesses. I love the variety of work in OMT Group and the range of People I come into contact with.
