Richard joined OMT Group in 1998 having worked both in Ireland and internationally in various management development roles in Engineering, Project Management, Training and Financial Control over a period of 14 years. Richard’s extensive work across Europe and Africa has helped him understand the potential impact of Organisational Culture, Change and Development on the ability to deliver successful results.
