Client Executive
Tara joined OMT Group in 2006. For the previous 9 years she worked in the area of Customer Services and Relationship Management for multi-nationals in the UK and Ireland. Having been captivated and inspired by her company’s in-house training and development function, she sought a role in the field which would allow her develop a career in Human Resource Management. Tara is responsible for the day-to-day Account Management of a number of our Clients, ensuring all Consultant Activities run smoothly and successfully. Tara concentrates her efforts on giving a personalized support, knowing that often means different things to different People, she enjoys identifying the way which works best for each Client. In her spare time she is just about to complete her Human Resources Management Degree with the University of Limerick.
“I knew right away that Organisational Development was what I wanted to do but like so many of us caught up in the realities of life, my dreams went on the long finger. However being made redundant in 2006 left me at a cross roads and gave me the impetuous for action. Embarking on a part-time HR degree with the University of Limerick coincided with me joining the Team at OMT Group and marked the beginning of a new chapter.”
